So, Where is the Cultural Arts Center? The Cultural Arts Center (CAC) is right downtown in the Square Corner area of Frederick. The main doors are across the street form the Weinberg Center on Patrick Street, the Gallery Doors are around the corner on Market Street. A quick look at the map of the Square Corner area below should help.
As you see, the Cultural Arts Center is in RED. It's always easier to use the front doors because if the center is open, those doors are unlocked. The Gallery doors may or may not be unlocked, it depends if there is an event there.
